Ballet Program Billing

Classes are billed month-by-month and there is no annual commitment. Our ballet school year runs from September through May. Optional classes for Junior & Senior Ballet are held in June.

NO ANNUAL COMMITMENT: Tuition is paid monthly and there is no annual commitment. There is no tuition charge for Dress Up & Dance.

Registration Fee  is due at time of registration. Registration Fee for the Ballet Performance Program is good for the school year from September-June. Registration Fee for Dress Up & Dance is per session. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Automated monthly tuition FOR BALLET PERFORMANCE PROGRAM will be charged the FIFTH of the month each month that the class is in session. Ballet tuition includes all costume and performance fees. Unlike other dance schools, there are no additional charges for performances! Tuition will be deducted  on the credit or debit card on file with the school. Due to weekends or holidays, charges may be made within several days AFTER the fifth of the month. Though the number of classes varies each month, monthly tuition is based on the number of classes for the whole year divided evenly across the number of months the class is in session; monthly tuition is the same each month and does not vary according to the number of classes/month. See calendar on website for dates that the studio is closed. 

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, yearly tuition in full is due by September 1. There is a 3% discount for pre-payment by check or cash by September 1.

How to Drop a Class: In order to drop a class and discontinue monthly tuition fees, families must notify the school by email or unenroll on the Portal by the 1st of the month prior to the charge.  Once notification is received, charges will be discontinued. Monthly tuition is non-refundable once it has been charged. Families notifying us later than first of the month will be billed for that month but may use this amount as a credit toward future classes.

Families who pre-pay the full year and who drop classes mid-year will be refunded for any unused months, including the 3% discount, and will be assessed a $40 administrative fee.


Homeschool Program Billing
